Monday 26th February

Just been and done my lunchtime training run - hill repeats. Basically you run to the nearest hill, run up it for for 2 minutes then come back down at a very slow pace for 3 minutes - repeat 10 times and then run home. Managed 6.9 miles in 68 minutes, which made for a nice and easy training set - however after yesterdays 14.75 mile run my legs are aching a bit.
Still Wymondham 20 mile race this coming Sunday with a cycle there and back (13 miles each way). Legs should really ache next Monday - I'll let you know.
