Another day another run

Completly knackered today, but still went and did a 6 mile run from Canary Wharf to Tower Bridge and back again at lunchtime. Timed it out at 46:07 - so nice gentle pace. Just stuffing my face with a cup of tea and a very large Chocolate muffin.
